1. Refund Policy for CyberAnticheat (Lifetime/Month)

1.1 Refund Period:

Refunds for the Lifetime version of CyberAnticheat can only be requested within 8 hours of purchase.

1.2 Refund Amount:

If the refund request meets the conditions below and is submitted within the 8-hour period, the customer may receive 75% of the original purchase price But the Developers or support members first have the chance to resolve your issue before a refund can be issued.

1.3 Refund Process:

Before a refund can be considered, the customer must first contact our support team and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. Refund requests submitted without first seeking support will not be accepted.

1.4 No Refund After 8 Hours:

After 8 hours have passed since the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — except where legally required (see 4.6).

1.5 Misuse, Abuse, or Violations:

Any form of leaking, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of our products will result in immediate license termination without refund.

1.6 Compliance with EU Law (Directive 2019/770):

Under European Union law, buyers have the right to receive a digital product that functions as described. If there is a defect or major malfunction, we are entitled to first attempt to resolve the issue (e.g. through support, updates or configuration advice).

Only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the buyer may become eligible for a refund, depending on the situation.

If the product works correctly and we offer support, there is no automatic right to a refund, even under EU law, after the 8-hour refund period has passed.
